International Relations Service
The International Relations Service (SRI) is a major player in international cooperation. Its mission is to implement the international relations policies of the President of the UMI. He is a source of proposals for the development of international actions.
- The IRS is a privileged entry point for all those who wish to carry out an international cooperation activities.
- The service provides advice, technical assistance and support for the skills available within the university.
- He analyzes the requests sent to him to follow up or direct them to the competent services to respond to them.
- If necessary, he participates in setting up projects and drawing up contracts and agreements and ensures the smooth running of the collaborations implemented.
- The activities of the service revolve around 3 main axes: research, training and governance.
The IRS works on the basis of the following instruments:
- Development of Cooperation Reports
- Dissemination of international calls for tenders

- Monitoring of grants and research contracts
- Drafting of Cooperation Agreements
